by any and all users of this website.

the statement below the submit button to see if you qualify to be a
certified adult-reporter.
There is no fee to register and
become a certified adult-reporter. Anybody can file anonymous
violation reports using only their email address as their validation to
our database. Although, we do maintain a qualified-status for adults
that would like to be registered as a certified adult-reporter. To
become a certified adult-reporter you must be at least 35 years old and
have a current valid state drivers license. After submitting your email
address above, we will display our mailing address, so that you can mail a
non-returnable photocopy of your valid and current state drivers
license. Then, reports filed by you will indicate that that report
was filed by one of our certified adult-reporters.
Additionally, be aware that we will
not ever sell or give your email address or drivers-license information to
anyone or any organization for any reason.
